Elizabeth M. Ranucci
Elizabeth is an experienced attorney who focuses her practice in Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Mediation. She has represented clients from first-time home buyers to hedge funds and banks in the purchase and sale of residential real property. This experience provides her with unique perspectives and successful strategies in contract and inspection negotiation, clearance of title issues, and getting the deal closed. She has also developed strong logistical practices in our firm and trained our team to close hundreds of transactions. Elizabeth’s commitment to client education and client satisfaction gives her clients a close and individualized experience that allows them to feel comfortable with such a significant financial transaction. Her clients walk away from each closing knowing that Elizabeth has their best interest at heart and she will continue to be a source of education well after the closing is done.
Elizabeth’s commitment to her clients’ knowledge and comfort extends to her estate planning practice. Her attention to detail is integral in understanding and navigating the legal implications of each client’s financial situation and family structure. Further, her knack for seeing, understanding, and delicately demonstrating all potential outcomes encourages an honest discussion of her clients’ wishes and allows them to find the best solution for their individual situations.
She enjoys traveling, learning about all things nature, and spending time with her husband, two kids, dog, and two birds. Elizabeth is a founding board member of Galewood Neighbors, Inc., her community’s non-profit organization, and she spends much of her free time working toward the benefit of her community and neighborhood school. She and her husband also co-chair the committee to organize their neighborhood’s music festival: Galewoodstock.
